One of the easiest pastas to make is probably this spagetthi carbonara. Oh, the cheesy deliciousness combined with the crispy bacon. And as always: easypeasy! I don't do difficult cooking... Why should I when the simplest things are often the best? 6 ingredients, that's all you need. So let's get started:
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 200 g pasta
- 150 g chopped bacon
- 1 (maybe 2) egg(s)
- 140 ml cream
- 30 g grated cheese
- garlic oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Start boiling the pasta. Continue with the rest while it boils.
- Bake the bacon in the garlic oil (if you don't have garlic oil, just use olive oil and a chopped clove of garlic).
- In a seperate bowl, whisk the eggs, add the cream and grated cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- When the pasta is ready, drain it and immediately put it back in the pot and add the cream-egg-cheese mixture as quickly as possible. Than add the bacon. Don't put it back on the heat because the egg will start to bake and it will get lumpy. I personally like it lumpy, so no problem for me but I'm just warning you!
- Have a nice meal!
