Garlic bruscetta.

look bruscetta

  • 2 of 3 kerstomaten
  • 3 sneden gerookte/rauwe hesp

Bereiding

  6. ... en geniet van de beste bruscettas ever!

English version:
One of my favorite dishes is tapas. I love that you can try a lot of different dishes, you can experiment with different tastes and you still feel full afterwards. I mean, tapas are my kind of food. Lots of choice, small(er) quantities but still delicious. Of course, I have a favorite tapas restaurant as well and one of the dishes I always order is this one: garlic and tomato bruscetta with smoked ham. I tried a lot of things to copy the recipe but haven't quite mastered it... until now. I think I've come pretty close to the original so I wanted to share my joy with the rest of the world. So check out this recipe:

Ingredients

  • French loaf (I used three smaller ones)
  • clove of garlic
  • 2 or 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 slices of raw ham (parma would be a good choice)

Preparation

  1. Cut the loaf into pieces and put them under the grill for about 2 minutes.
  2. Cut the clove of garlic in two pieces and rub it on the grilled bread.
  3. Do the same with the cherry tomatoes.
  4. Put about half (or as much as you want) of the ham on the bread and put it back in the grill for another 2 minutes.
  5. Taste the best bruscettas ever.
