Mushroom pasta.

There was a time I wasn't too fond of mushrooms. And it probably sounds crazy but that all changed after I tried this pasta. I mean, I gradually started too like them more and more but it was this pasta that completely won me over. The best thing is that it's so simple to make... and it's vegetarian. Thinking about a better planet and all...

Ingredients (2 persons)

  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 200 g pasta (any kind you want)
  • 1 dl chicken stock
  • 1 dl cream
  • garlic oil
  • chives/ spring onion
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1.  Boil the pasta.
  2. In the meanwhile, bake the mushrooms with the garlic oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the chicken stock over the mushrooms.
  4. Let it simmer for a while and then pour in the cream.
  5. After the pasta is ready, stir it under the mushrooms. Garnish with some spring onion or chives (if you like). And that's all. Have a nice meal!
